Going Global Partnership-IIT Madras

In December 2021 the collaboration between CIMS and the Centre for Memory Studies (IoE) at IIT-Madras (Chennai, India) was awarded a Going Global Partnerships–Exploratory Grant for the project “Memory Studies in its National and International Contexts”, an innovative, online teaching collaboration at Masters level. This project is supported by a Going Global Partnerships–Exploratory Grant from the British Council.

The Going Global Partnerships–Exploratory Grant supports collaboration and innovation in teaching and learning and Transnational Education in Higher Education Institutions between India and the UK.

Going Global Partnerships–Exploratory Grant is part of a wider British Council programme called Going Global Partnerships, which builds stronger, more inclusive, internationally connected higher education and TVET systems. Please watch this space as we will be posting updates on this website and social media on this and other exciting projects co-organised with the Centre of Memory Studies at IIT-Madras, including an online Postgraduate Research Symposium planned to take place in early Spring 2022.
